Workshops for Companies and Organizations
Together with my swedish psychologist collegues, Göran Rosenberg and Nils-Erik Tedgård and the australian Yoga teacher Jack Farras, I arrange workshops and seminars at Kamala Heights (www.kamalaheights.com) Phuket Island, Thailand on demand.
Here follows some information about on of the workshops we can offer you:
Develop yourself and your leadership!
In this workshop you can work with yourself together with your collegues in an exclusive, beautiful and relaxing environment away from your everyday life.
Kamala Heights is designed to make it possible for us as a group to be together and work with ourselfs undisturbed. It is located on a hillside on Phuket Island in Thailand, overlooking the sea, the mountains and the lush green valley below.
The workshop is intended for you, who have experience of managing and developing businesses, who have taken many courses and training in this area, but still feel that there is an untapped potential within you that you wish to access and use, not least when you need it most. Our program is structured in a way that will help you realize those goals.
We combine working with external factors of leadership with internal ones, affecting you and how you feel about yourself and your capabilities. During the program, we continually work with a mix of lectures, group work and mental training, individually and in a group.
The regular program also includes physical yoga. Moreover, you can get a massage by the pool and other curative treatments.
Welcome to a workshop that provides knowledge, practical tools for personal development and better leadership, and exotic experiences, all in a perfect combination!

Background
Values and attitudes are deeply rooted in each person and organization. They control decisions and practices. By reflecting on our behaviour, we can increase our self-awareness. The benefits of self-awareness are many, including increasing awareness of the thoughts and emotions that govern behaviour and what motivates people. We also need tools to be able to deal with people in a constructive way and to turn difficulties into opportunities. Therefore, our program is based on how we can be better at relating to and influencing both ourselves and our surroundings.
Aims
– To increase understanding and knowledge of how to create good relations with the environment
– To increase understanding of how to build successful teams
– A significantly more effective communication
– To increase the probability of achieving goals
– Increased self-awareness
– To get access to different mental strategies to incre
Contents
The program is divided into three blocks:
BLOCK 1 aims at increasing our understanding of ourselves and our interactions with others. We have chosen to use the DISC model as basis for analysis of behaviour, due to its ability to describe complex interactions within and between people in a simple and educational way, easy to understand and to apply. The model is a tool to increase awareness of our own behaviour and to adapt it to different situations and people. Based on the model, we have added the connection between behaviour and needs. As needs determine behaviour, it also explains why two people with the same behavioural profile may exhibit significant differences in their behaviour. An individual’s degree of balance / imbalance in behavioural profile is of great importance for work performance and wellbeing. We will also introduce a unique game that highlights the consequences of the choices we make and how they affect the environment.
BOCK 2 is a practically oriented review and training of different situations that we encounter in our work as leaders. The difficult talk, how to give and take criticism, and the stimulating talk. In this block participants will also learn a simple and structured approach to developing and motivating staff.
BLOCK 3 is a structured mental training. Participants receive practical help, both in groups and individually, to make use of various mental tools that are tailored to their own internal development as well as to managing different external situations that arise in interaction with others. The methodology is more in-depth than traditional mental training and can also have more lasting effects.
Setup
During implementation of the program we alternate between lectures, group work, individual reflection, discussions and practical training
