When you consult me I always start to ask you to tell me about yourself

and what you want me to help you to develop or solve more specifically.

After that I tell you how I work and how I think I can help you.

Talks often have a clarifying, insight creating and ego strengthening effect on the conscious parts of your mind.

We continue to talk as long as we both experience that our conversation move us forwards towards the goal we’ve set up.

But when we both experience that we don’t get any further by talking it’s time to move on and start working with COGNITIVE MENTAL TRAINING.

By doing so we can continue to strengthen your mind also on a deeper more unconscious level.
